- Analysis and management of quality issues (supplier, internal, inter-site)
- Generate reports and presentations for management, upon request
- Lead the resolution of simple to moderately complex technical problems involving multiple functions
- Audit areas according to established schedules
- Influence stakeholders across various projects to ensure site compliance
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives
- You have a college degree in aerospace engineering or a related field or equivalent
- You have seven (7) years of experience in Quality operations
- You possess good knowledge of the Quality systems and the requirements of Transport Canada
- You possess an excellent understanding of the Transport Canada regulatory policies
- You are proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point, Access and Project
- You must be team oriented, autonomous, responsible and reliable
- You must be well organized and at ease to plan and prioritize your work
- You have excellent communications skills in French and English
- You are available to occasionally work on evenings and weekends when required
