Type: Full-Time, PermanentAbout the OpportunitySRA Staffing is hiring a Senior Business Analyst – FHIR / Healthcare Integration on behalf of a leading healthcare technology organization delivering enterprise-grade interoperability and clinical data solutions.The organization specializes in FHIR-based clinical data repositories and customer-driven integration platforms. This role plays a key part in driving process redesign, ensuring seamless front-end and backend integrations, and supporting healthcare transformation initiatives in complex client environments.Role OverviewThe Senior Business Analyst will lead business analysis and integration initiatives, gathering and translating customer requirements into actionable technical and functional solutions.You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders — including product, engineering, and client teams — to ensure high-quality deliverables, successful solution transitions, and measurable customer value.This role requires strong documentation skills, structured methodologies, change management expertise, and experience operating within billable professional services environments.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct process redesign and gap analysis for front-end solutions and FHIR-based clinical data integrations.Translate customer requirements into clear project objectives and priorities.Lead and facilitate client workshops, team meetings, and stakeholder discussions.Produce high-quality documentation, reports, business requirements, and presentations.Own and deliver complex work packages with accountability for timelines and quality.Collaborate across departments to ensure smooth project lifecycle transitions.Apply change management practices in complex enterprise environments.Partner with product leads and designers to ensure solutions align with customer needs.Identify and communicate customer requirements clearly to technical teams.Track and report project hours accurately in NetSuite, ensuring billable utilization targets are met.Support structured methodologies for user requirement identification and solution specification.Continuously evaluate and improve approaches, transforming industry practices into innovative solutions.What You Bring5+ years of experience in business analysis and integration initiatives.Proven experience leading business analysis efforts to assess business problems and opportunities.Strong experience documenting requirements to enable effective technology solution design.Knowledge of business modeling techniques and structured requirement methodologies.Experience in one or more of the following:Business process re-engineeringBusiness case development and cost-benefit analysisInternet/intranet strategy developmentStrong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.Experience working in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or iterative delivery models.Preferred ExperiencePrevious experience in a healthcare environment.Exposure to FHIR-based systems or healthcare data integrations.Experience with information retrieval tools and analytics platforms.Experience working in a billable professional services environment.How to ApplyEmail your resume to AnushaS@srastaffing.comSRA Staffing and our clients are equal opportunity employers committed to diversity, accessibility, and inclusion.
