- Support Project Managers, Superintendents, and project teams with day-to-day project quality coordination, reporting, and documentation.
- Implement and maintain the Project Specific Quality Plan (PSQP) and Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) across the project site.
- Conduct site inspections, field verifications, and quality audits for self-performed and subcontracted work to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Track, manage, and support the resolution of deficiencies, including Field Surveillance Reports (FSRs), Corrective Action Reports (CARs), and Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs)
- Coordinate quality-related activities with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and third-party inspectors, including quality orientations and pre-installation meetings
- Education & Experience: High School Diploma required; Journeyman Trade Certification or a degree in Engineering or a related field preferred, with 1-4 years of related experience in a Quality Coordinator or similar construction-based role. Experience working on healthcare construction projects is considered an asset
- Technical Skills: Working knowledge of construction project fundamentals, quality management systems (QMS), inspection and test plans (ITPs), and quality documentation, with proficiency in MS Office and project management software
- Core Capabilities: Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to conduct site inspections and coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and third parties while maintaining compliance with quality and safety standards
- Salary Range $60,000 to $70,000 per annum
