About the roleElevate Global is partnering with Fanatics to support retail operations across FIFA World Cup 2026™ Fan Festival locations, and we're hiring Retail Supervisors to support on-site execution.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, outdoor-event environments and is comfortable working in an in-store retail environment. Supervisors play a hands-on role in supporting setup, daily operations, and breakdown, helping ensure a consistent, high-quality fan experience.You'll work closely with the Retail Manager and on-site teams to execute plans, support staff, and maintain operational standards throughout the event lifecycle.LocationsWe are hiring Supervisor roles to support FIFA World Cup 2026 operations. Each role is assigned to one host city: Toronto, VancouverEach Supervisor role supports one designated Fan Festival location. Multi-city coverage is not expected.What you'll be responsible forEvent setup and temporary retail operations
  • Support the setup of temporary retail structures, including tents, fixtures, and merchandising elements
  • Assist with product placement, stock organization, and overall site readiness
  • Help ensure all retail areas are safe, organized, and ready for daily operations
  • Coordinate with Managers and on-site teams to support building and setting up timelines
On-site execution
  • Supervise retail staff during Fan Festival operating hours
  • Help ensure smooth day-to-day operations across assigned retail areas
  • Support POS setup, connectivity checks, and transaction accuracy
  • Assist with product setup, labeling, and replenishment throughout the day
  • Address routine issues in real time and escalate more complex challenges
  • Maintain a strong focus on fan experience in high-volume, outdoor environments
Inventory and merchandising
  • Assist with inventory movement, restocking, and storage within temporary structures
  • Monitor stock levels and communicate needs to Managers
  • Execute merchandising standards while adapting to temporary setups
  • Help maintain clean, organized, and efficient stock and sales areas
Team support
  • Provide day-to-day guidance to retail associates and temporary staff
  • Help manage breaks, rotations, and shift coverage in a dynamic environment
  • Reinforce training, safety practices, and service expectations
  • Support a positive and adaptable team culture
Post-event wrap-up
  • Assist with inventory counts, transfers, and packing processes
  • Support breakdown of temporary retail structures and load-out activities
  • Help ensure that the product and equipment are properly handled and secured
  • Share feedback and observations with Managers to improve future execution
What we're looking for
  • 1–3 years of experience in high-volume retail in live event environments
  • Previous experience as a supervisor, team lead, or senior associate preferred
  • Comfortable working in outdoor environments and temporary event structures
  • Comfortable working long hours on your feet in covered outdoor, weather-variable conditions
  • Ability to follow directions and support execution in a fast-moving environment
  • Willingness to travel as required
  • Authorized to work in the United States or Canada (based on location)
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Reliable, energetic, and customer-focused
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, crowded environments
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Candidates must reside in or near the event location, or have reliable transportation and lodging
  • Bilingual candidates strongly encouraged for fan-facing roles
Required Experience
  • Experience supporting retail operations in high-volume or outdoor event environments
  • Ability to supervise teams and maintain service standards during busy shifts
  • Experience with POS systems, including setup and basic troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with merchandising and restocking in non-traditional retail spaces
  • Strong communication skills and ability to operate effectively under direction
Work requirements
  • On-site role supporting FIFA World Cup Fan Festival retail operations
  • Work takes place in outdoor environments and temporary retail structures
  • Travel required for event support, including overnight stays as needed
  • Availability required throughout the full tournament schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
