Schedule: 4 on 2 off rotationAs an LPN at Point Grey, you’ll play a vital role in delivering resident-centered care. You’ll be responsible for assessments, medication administration, and leading care teams to ensure every resident receives the quality support they deserve.What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting resident admissions, transfers, and discharges
- Completing resident assessments and helping with care planning
- Administering medications, treatments, and wound care
- Documenting care using PointClickCare and completing MDS assessments
- Liaising with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members
- Delegating tasks to care aides and participating in care conferences and medication reviews
- LPN and in good standing with BCCNM
- Current CPR/First Aid certification
- Comfortable with electronic documentation and eMAR systems
- Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written)
- Critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Previous long-term care experience preferred
