SAP S/4HANA & SAC Project Manager

• Lead project management of SAP S/4HANA brownfield migration (ECC to S/4HANA).
• Act as primary delivery lead, from planning through Go-live , leveraging SAP Activate methodology.
• Act as single point of contact for internal stakeholders, ensuring infrastructure (system provisioning, security, etc) and business readiness
• Coordination with the SAP and the project team, liase with business stakeholders and facilitate decision- making.
• Manage technical conversion activities system sizing, sandbox, development migration, cutover, and go-live.
• Manage system landscape strategy (dual maintenance retrofit, transport, code freeze, etc).
• Oversee test readiness, test signoff’s, user enablement, and change management in collaboration with business teams.
• Govern risk, issue, and change management processes with clear escalation and mitigation paths.
• Develop and manage client's test and validation plan across sandbox, dev, quality and production landscapes.
• Lead test data preparation including batch-managed materials.
• Define Cutover Strategy, integrating technical migration steps, business data loads, mock conversions, and dry runs.
• Coordinate with Basis, functional, and data teams to ensure environment readiness.
• Oversee integration with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and manage cross-functional reporting enablement.
• Oversee enablement and adoption initiatives to ensure end-user readiness.
• Manage and coordinate all activities with any 3rd party vendors.
• Participation in regular cadence/PMO meetings, acceptance and sign-off on deliverables.
• PMP, SAP Activate Project Manager, or Agile certification preferred.
