- Process payroll for approximately 100 salaried employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with organizational policies.
- Handle payroll reconciliations and maintain detailed records for auditing purposes.
- Support HR operations by assisting with onboarding, preparing offer letters, and managing workflow development.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline payroll and HR processes, enhancing overall efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and employment standards in all payroll-related activities.
- Utilize payroll software, such as Ceridian and ADP Workforce Now, for accurate and timely payroll processing.
- Manage benefit administration, including enrollments and updates, to maintain employee satisfaction.
- Generate reports using Crystal Reports to provide insights into payroll and HR operations.
- Address employee inquiries regarding payroll and benefits with professionalism and clarity.
- Assist in implementing best practices for payroll and HR management within the organization.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll and HR functions, preferably within a non-profit organization.
- Proficiency in payroll systems such as Ceridian, ADP Workforce Now, and accounting software.
- Strong knowledge of payroll processes, benefit administration, and compliance with employment standards.
- Experience with Crystal Reports or similar reporting tools for generating detailed reports.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Solid understanding of tax regulations and their application in payroll processing.
- Ability to handle sensitive employee information with confidentiality and discretion.
- Strong communication skills to address payroll and HR inquiries professionally.
