- Collaborate with the engineering team to influence part design in order to optimize assembly quality and production efficiency.
- Serve as a key resource in the PFMEA (Potential Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) and DFA (Design for Assembly) processes.
- Establish assembly sequences and determine the logical and optimal order of operations, in addition to developing specific work instructions.
- Facilitate “kaizen”-style workshops aimed at optimizing plants and introducing new models.
- Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma in industrial engineering.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in the industrialization of manufactured products.
- Knowledge of Catia, 3DVia, and SAP software.
- Proficiency in diagnostic tools such as VSM, material flow analysis, and capacity analysis.
- Ability to synthesize and present information.
- Bilingualism is essential, both spoken and written, as the person in this role will be representing BRP to international suppliers (French/English). Fluency in Spanish would be an asset.
- Strong intellectual curiosity and a high degree of autonomy.
