- Own strategy and marketing for S&T's ancillary services including Reformd, Tonic Spa, Tonic Bar, and the S&T retail shop from top to bottom
- Plan and execute integrated, high quality marketing programs, events, and campaigns across all channels including digital and in-studio.
- Own digital performance & growth marketing, including paid media, email marketing, SEO, and social strategy
- Develop annual marketing calendar and lead seasonal initiatives, promotions, and product launches
- Own and manage social media for Reformd and Tonic Spa
- Create plans for, manage, and execute internal and external communications including but not limited to: newsletters, press releases, presentations, advertising, product launches, events and company announcements, team resources, brand guidelines, and various collateral
- Oversee ambassador program, including strategy, measuring results and driving its success
- Oversee community management and be the voice of the brand across all platforms and media, including engaging with our audience and responding to questions, comments, reviews, and other opportunities with speed and judgment
- Graphic design and content creation, ensuring consistency in visual identity, tone of voice, and messaging across all channels and materials
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to strategically plan, manage, and execute campaigns by developing content concepts from ideas to completion
- Provide planning and execution support for events and partnerships, including working with brand partners and organizing community events
- Build relationships with key influencers, community members, and brand partners to increase awareness and engagement, and drive revenues
- Work and coordinate with brand partners, including organizing community events, activations, and marketing collaborations
- Coordinate and engage with instructors and the community to create content, including videos, reels, and photoshoots
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize strategies and report on ROI
- Weekly & monthly reporting, including customer insights, marketing performance, promotions and campaign tracking, ad performance, social media engagement, and more
- Conduct brand audits and benchmark market research. Identify industry trends and best practices through monitoring competitors, influencers, and other industry leaders to develop ideas and proactively manage marketing and brand strategy
- Administrative support, including but not limited to team onboarding, data entry, and marketing operations
- 4+ years of management experience in marketing, communications, organic and paid social media marketing, influencer marketing, PR and/or related field
- Undergraduate degree - specialization in marketing, graphic communications, and/or PR preferred
- Extensive experience with social media & communication platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Threads, TikTok, LinkedIn, Google
- Extensive experience with paid search and social campaigns including Meta Business Suite and Google Ads
- Skilled graphic designer with experience using the Adobe creative suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including copywriting and creative writing
- Strong understanding of social media publishing tools, metrics, and reporting tools
- Detail-oriented, with a sharp eye and natural talent for visual and informational design
- Proficient in Microsoft applications, including Excel and PowerPoint
- Photography and videography skills are an strong asset

- Ability to understand, interpret, and transform complex ideas and information into easy-to-understand, customer-centric marketing and communications
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, with flexibility to adapt quickly to meet the needs of the business
- Data-driven, comfortable working with numbers and making sense of metrics, and using data to inform actionable insights

- $70,000 - $100,000 base salary dependent on experience
