You will be accountable for delivering a high-quality, compliant, and consistent hiring experience while strengthening organizational hiring capability. Your responsibilities will include:Owning full-cycle recruitment for a diverse portfolio of roles across all functions, ensuring a structured, consistent, and effective hiring processPartnering with hiring leaders to understand business needs, define role requirements, and deliver targeted sourcing and selection strategies aligned with market insightsBuilding and maintaining strong talent pipelines while delivering an exceptional and inclusive candidate experience from attraction through onboardingLeading and coordinating the onboarding experience for new hires to support successful integration and early engagementEnsuring governance and compliance across the talent acquisition process, including proper documentation, adherence to employment legislation, internal policies, and audit requirementsEducating and enabling business leaders on recruitment best practices, interviewing techniques, and process compliance to strengthen hiring capability across the organizationSupporting the execution of Masco Canada’s employer branding strategy by representing the organization at external events and strengthening our presence in targeted talent marketsContributing to broader People & Culture initiatives and cross-functional projects that support organizational priorities and continuous improvementWHAT YOU WILL BRINGMust-HaveBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldProven experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner or Recruiter in a mid- to large-sized organizationStrong expertise in sourcing, interviewing, and selection best practicesExperience recruiting across multiple business functions (Operations, Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, IT, etc.)Proficiency with ATS platforms and recruitment technologiesSolid knowledge of Canadian employment legislationAdvance skills in the project managementNice-to-HaveCHRP or CHRL designationExperience in HR business partnering or succession planningExperience in a global or matrixed organizationWHO YOU AREWe are looking for someone who is:Agile & Adaptable – Thrives in a dynamic, changing environmentAn Effective Communicator – Builds strong relationships with leaders and candidates alikeCustomer-Focused – Delivers a high-quality experience for both hiring managers and candidatesHighly Organized – Manages multiple priorities with strong attention to detailEager to Learn – Continuously seeks growth and improvementWhy Join Masco Canada?Over 100 years of excellence in the building and home improvement industryA diverse portfolio of 12+ brands delivering innovative water solutionsA collaborative and inclusive culture where people are valued and empoweredStrong commitment to continuous learning and career developmentA company that believes in giving back to the communities where we live and workMasco Canada delivers innovative water solutions to the building and home improvement markets in Canada.
