We’re looking for an on-site Property Administrator in the real estate development industry based in central Winnipeg, MB.Our client is a dynamic and growing real estate development company with a close-knit team. They value teamwork, initiative, and a positive attitude. The Property Administrator will be responsible for providing front-desk support, coordinating office activities, assisting with property leasing administration, and ensuring smooth daily operations in a busy and collaborative office environment.Property Administrator responsibilities:
  • Provide front-desk support including phone and email inquiries from tenants and vendors
  • Coordinate property leasing activities including advertising, scheduling showings, and preparing lease agreements and renewals
  • Maintain accurate tenant records and digital filing systems
  • Monitor and follow up on arrears, preparing reports for management
  • Assist with tenant relations by addressing questions, concerns, and service requests in a professional manner
  • Support the property management team with scheduling, meeting coordination, and general administrative tasks
  • Order and manage office supplies, coordinate couriers, and handle mail distribution
  • Prepare and update Excel spreadsheets for reporting and tracking purposes
  • Assist with marketing efforts for available units through online platforms
  • Provide administrative support for property operations including vendor coordination and service scheduling
The successful candidate has:
  • 3+ years of experience in administrative or office support roles
  • 1+ years of experience in an administrative role in the property management, real estate, or tenant management industry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel – mid-level, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Adobe
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • A team-oriented mindset and positive personality
Compensation and benefits:
  • The discussed salary range is $50,000 – $55,000 depending on experience
  • Bonus opportunities based on performance and hard work

  • Office closed between Christmas and New Year’s
  • Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 4:30pm schedule
