- Manage reservations by phone and email
- Inform guests about hotel services
- Provide information on cultural, gastronomic, and other local activities
- Handle reservations for guests (taxi, restaurants, theatre, etc.)
- Prepare invoices and process guest payments at check-out
- Update room availability in real time
- Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere at the reception
- Promote the hotel's loyalty program to guests
- Manage the express shop and process sales payments

- Provides excellent customer service

- Strong command of English, both spoken and written, to serve an anglophone clientele that may represent up to 80% of our guests
