- Onboard & Educate Partners:
- Deliver streamlined onboarding experiences supported by AI-driven prep tools and auto-personalized training sequences
- Facilitate engaging platform demos and product education using real-time insights and usage data
- Support full platform adoption and early wins with predictive enablement strategies
- Strategically Grow & Manage Relationships:
- Build and execute tailored partner growth plans backed by performance data and automation
- Use AI-enhanced dashboards and CRM insights to surface upsell opportunities and recommend actions
- Serve as a trusted advisor — offering proactive, data-driven recommendations to improve platform engagement and ROI
- 3+ years of experience in sales, partner management, or account management — ideally in a high-growth or SaaS environment
- Proven track record of managing a book of business, driving revenue growth, and delivering retention outcomes
- Experience balancing new sales with expansion in a quota-carrying role (ideally $1.5M+ annually)
- Strong consultative selling and relationship management skills
- Tech-savvy: proficient in Salesforce, HubSpot, or Outreach — and comfortable using AI-powered tools for content generation, call summarization, and pipeline optimization
- Familiarity with digital advertising platforms like Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn
- Highly organized, self-driven, and adaptable in a performance-oriented environment
- Clear, persuasive communicator who builds trust and influence with clients
