Compensation: Based upon achieved targets, the salary + bonus annual range is estimated from $160,000 to $210,000

Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily operations across all dealership departmentsDevelop and implement strategies for growth and operational efficiencyManage budgets, expenses, and financial performanceTrain, coach, and develop staff and lower-level managersHire, evaluate, and, when necessary, terminate employeesMonitor productivity and performance, implementing improvements as neededMaintain reports on business operations and employee performanceCoordinate multiple teams and maintain strong communication with clients and stakeholdersSkills & Qualifications:Proven managerial and leadership abilitiesStrong problem-solving and critical-thinking skillsExperience in strategic business planningExcellent interpersonal, communication, and team-building skillsAbility to analyze data and drive results in a fast-paced environmentSkilled in coaching and developing employeesExperience Requirements:Minimum 2 years as a General Manager, or 5+ years in General Sales Manager or Fixed Operations leadership rolesValid OMVIC licenseDemonstrated success in sales performance, financial oversight, and building an inclusive, loyal, and growth-focused team cultureIf you are a motivated, results-driven leader with a passion for the automotive industry and team development, apply now to join Plaza Auto Group as a General Manager!
