- 1-3 years of work experience (ideally in a large matrix Organization)
- A foundational knowledge of how an organizational design project is run and implemented
- The ability to demonstrate managing multiple priorities and deliver commitments on time
- Experience on project work e.g. assigning tasks and analyze information
- Comfort combining both qualitative and quantitative analysis to solve business problems
- Able to work within a wide range of industries performing research and offer solutions
- Excellent communication skills that enable you to convey solutions to the problems we solve
- The will and ability to travel wherever our projects take you - locally, provincially, nationally and internationally
- You self-identify as Indigenous (First Nations, Inuit, Métis) in Canada
- Experience working with First Nations, Inuit and Métis Peoples (and communities and expertise in issues faced by Indigenous peoples and communities in Canada)
- Proficiency in an Indigenous language is a valuable asset. Your language skills can foster connections and enhance understanding within our diverse team, contributing to our commitment to reconciliation and inclusivity.
- Paid Indigenous Cultural Days: Deloitte acknowledges the importance of cultural connections. We provide paid Indigenous Cultural Days, allowing our Indigenous team members to celebrate their culture without having to take personal time off.
- Mental Health Support: We prioritize mental health and well-being by offering $4000 in mental health support. This can be utilized for various resources, including counsellors, traditional healers, elders, or knowledge keepers, ensuring a holistic approach to mental well-being.
