- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries related to mobile phones and accessories, ensuring timely and professional communication.
- Engage directly with customers to assess needs, resolve issues, and maintain strong business relationships.
- Support the Mobility Sales Team by qualifying leads, generating quotes, and managing orders accurately and efficiently.
- Provide assistance to external sales representatives and contribute to upselling opportunities and lead progression.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions using Asana, and process transactions through GP Dynamics.
- Coordinate with logistics and inventory teams to ensure accurate and timely product delivery.
- Assist in preparing sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
- Deliver value-added services to customers, including bundle creation and coordination of marketing assets and printed materials.
- Provide customers with relevant product knowledge and technical support to address questions and concerns.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to support promotional campaigns, rebates (BER) initiatives, and new product launches.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in inside sales, preferably in the telecommunications or consumer electronics industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in GP Dynamics and Microsoft Office Suite
- Proven ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
