- Design and implement data-driven marketing plans for Aspire Software AI Suite
- Align marketing efforts with overall business goals to drive customer acquisition and retention
- Develop and execute strategies to open the funnel and drive quality leads
- Implement tactics to expand our reach and engage the target audience
- Be able to own our marketing function. This is a role for someone who can own and steer the marketing function in consultation with the business without the need for continuous guidance and direction
- Enhance brand visibility through digital, content, and event marketing initiatives
- Develop compelling messaging that differentiates both brands in their respective markets
- Establishing social media followings and building brand advocacy
- Experience with marketing automation platforms - HubSpot preferred
- Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximize ROI
- Monitor KPIs to adapt where necessary to ensure marketing strategies are delivered
- Provide regular reports to leadership with a thorough understanding of performance and areas to improve
- Manage digital advertising campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Optimize SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media strategies to drive conversions
- Oversee the creation of high-quality content, including blogs, case studies, whitepapers, and press releases
- Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all channels
- Ensure a seamless and compelling user experience is delivered through optimization of various marketing funnel touchpoints
- Collaborate with teams to provide input in creating high-performance landing pages and collateral
- Identify strategic partnerships to expand reach and market presence
- Represent at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities
- Analyze customer behavior, competitor activity, and market trends to refine marketing strategies
- Use data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance and ROI
- At least a Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing or a similar related discipline is essential
- 5+ years experience in B2B marketing, ideally in SaaS, AI, Fintech, or similar
- Ideally, 2+ years SaaS Software Marketing experience
- 5+ years Digital Marketing experience, 2+ years of experience in Marketing to an International Audience
- Proven track record of lead generation and revenue growth through marketing
- Proven experience and knowledge of rapid client acquisition in a go-to-market / new product environment
- Expertise in digital marketing, paid media, SEO, and marketing automation tools (HubSpot experience is a plus)
- Strong storytelling and content creation skills to drive engagement and conversion
- Experience with event marketing and industry networking
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable marketing strategies
- An entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action and results
- Ability to roll up sleeves and make things happen on a limited budget

- Strong work ethic, organized, and focused
- Exceptional communication skillset
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is essential
