We work across many categories ensuring exciting challenges to drive big insights and creativity.Position Overview:The Senior Director will oversee overall business strategy, client growth, and team performance, while ensuring the Creo remains at the forefront of influencer, social, and digital marketing trends. This role requires a balance of visionary leadership, commercial acumen, and hands-on experience in influencer-driven campaigns.Key Attributes

Key Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership & Growth
  • Collaborate with Leadership to define and execute the Creo's long-term business strategy, vision, and goals.
  • Drive growth by identifying new revenue streams, partnerships, and market opportunities.
  • Ensure the Creo stays ahead of emerging social platforms, creator economy shifts, and industry best practices.
  • Represent the Creo at industry events, panels, and networking opportunities.
  • Ensure thought leadership and education on influencer marketing is shared with OMG agencies and clients
  • Work with Leadership and cross functional teams to ensure Canada is leaning into new capabilities within proprietary tech.
Client & Campaign Oversight
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a senior point of contact for key accounts.
  • Oversee high-profile influencer marketing campaigns to ensure excellence in delivery, creativity, and ROI.
  • Collaborate with brand partners, talent managers, and media platforms to drive impactful campaigns.
  • Ensure ad standards and guidelines are accessible and always implemented. (FTC, Ad Standards)
  • Support new business pitches, contract negotiations, and proposal development.
Operational & Financial Management
  • Lead day-to-day operations across client services, campaign execution, talent management, and analytics.
  • Support leadership in budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance of the Creo.
  • Implement efficient systems, workflows, and KPIs to optimize team productivity and campaign outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with advertising regulations, influencer disclosure rules, and industry standards.
Team Leadership & Development
  • Inspire, lead, and mentor a multidisciplinary team (account managers, campaign specialists, creative strategists, data analysts).
  • Build a culture of creativity, innovation, and accountability.
  • Ensure full utilization and adoption of OM systems and tools including Omni, compliance, financial, media/production, Data storage and collaboration tools, etc.
  • Recruit, train, and retain top talent in influencer and digital marketing.
  • Set clear goals and performance metrics for teams and individuals.
Areas of expertise required / professional development required where gaps exist:
  • Proven senior leadership experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, media, or advertising agency.
  • Strong understanding of influencer ecosystems (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitch, etc.), brand partnerships, and content strategies.
  • Strong understanding of content production and brand integrations
  • Ability to scale agencies or business units, including financial and operational leadership.
  • Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills with brands, creators, and media platforms.
  • Deep knowledge of campaign analytics, ROI measurement, and influencer marketing tech tools.
  • Hands on Leadership required as team is small and growing

We are currently hiring for this role and reviewing applications on an ongoing basis.Expected Salary: $115,000-$125,000Omnicom Media is providing the compensation range that the company is willing to pay for this position based on the successful applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting.
