- Drive growth by identifying new revenue streams, partnerships, and market opportunities.
- Ensure the Creo stays ahead of emerging social platforms, creator economy shifts, and industry best practices.
- Represent the Creo at industry events, panels, and networking opportunities.
- Ensure thought leadership and education on influencer marketing is shared with OMG agencies and clients
- Work with Leadership and cross functional teams to ensure Canada is leaning into new capabilities within proprietary tech.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a senior point of contact for key accounts.
- Oversee high-profile influencer marketing campaigns to ensure excellence in delivery, creativity, and ROI.
- Collaborate with brand partners, talent managers, and media platforms to drive impactful campaigns.
- Ensure ad standards and guidelines are accessible and always implemented. (FTC, Ad Standards)
- Support new business pitches, contract negotiations, and proposal development.
- Lead day-to-day operations across client services, campaign execution, talent management, and analytics.
- Support leadership in budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance of the Creo.
- Implement efficient systems, workflows, and KPIs to optimize team productivity and campaign outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with advertising regulations, influencer disclosure rules, and industry standards.
- Inspire, lead, and mentor a multidisciplinary team (account managers, campaign specialists, creative strategists, data analysts).
- Build a culture of creativity, innovation, and accountability.
- Ensure full utilization and adoption of OM systems and tools including Omni, compliance, financial, media/production, Data storage and collaboration tools, etc.
- Recruit, train, and retain top talent in influencer and digital marketing.
- Set clear goals and performance metrics for teams and individuals.
- Proven senior leadership experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, media, or advertising agency.
- Strong understanding of influencer ecosystems (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitch, etc.), brand partnerships, and content strategies.
- Strong understanding of content production and brand integrations
- Ability to scale agencies or business units, including financial and operational leadership.
- Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills with brands, creators, and media platforms.
- Deep knowledge of campaign analytics, ROI measurement, and influencer marketing tech tools.
- Hands on Leadership required as team is small and growing
