Job Description:Early-Career Human Resources GeneralistOsoyoos, BC | Full-time | On-siteAre you early in your HR career and ready to learn how HR actually works in the real world, not just filing forms or processingtickets?This role is for someone who has recently completed an HR diploma, degree, or certification, performed well academically, andis eager to build skills quickly with the support of a hands-on mentor.You will work closely with the Director of HR to help build an HR function the right way. That includes modern policies andprocesses, employee experience, and exposure to real employee relations matters and investigations.This is not a back-office or narrowly defined HR role.
