Your role as Staff Product DesignerReporting to Paul Feltoe, Director of Product Design, you'll shape the future of our products and drive innovation in a supportive, collaborative environment. The Member Experience Product Stream focuses on improving the experience of Dialogue's members, making every interaction seamless, empathetic, and valuable.This role is for a hands-on maker and design leader by influence: someone who sets the bar for design excellence through their own work while elevating the people and teams around them.What you'll be doing:
  • Shape vision and strategy: Partner with product leaders, engineering, and clinical operations to define and prioritize opportunities that improve the Dialogue member experience
  • Drive end-to-end design: Take full ownership of work from framing ambiguous problems through discovery, prototyping, testing with users, and delivering polished solutions that launch
  • Influence at every level: Communicate design vision and strategy effectively - from day-to-day working sessions to executive-level collaboration that inspires alignment and investment
  • Champion members and outcomes: Keep a member-first perspective in every decision, ensuring design delivers both meaningful outcomes for people and measurable value for the business
  • Raise the bar: Mentor other designers, contribute to critiques, and help establish design practices that strengthen the entire team
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
  • A strong track record of designing and shipping exceptional B2C mobile products, with a portfolio showing end-to-end ownership from concept through to live product.
  • Deep expertise in interaction design, systems thinking, and user experience design, and the ability to bring clarity to complex or ambiguous challenges.
  • Proven storytelling and communication skills, including presenting design strategy and outcomes to executives.
  • Comfort working in evolving environments, with the judgment to know when to push for excellence and when to move quickly.
  • A growth mindset and the ability to mentor and inspire other designers.
  • Nice to haves:
  • Bilingualism in French and English
  • Experience in healthcare or wellness industries
