Position Summary:Tacten is currently looking for IRATA Technicians Level 1 to support projects in the Atlantic Region (St. John's and area). If you are seeking a dynamic industrial environment with opportunities for individual growth and learning, this is for you.
  • Project based out of the St John's Tacten Office
  • Candidates must be local to St Johns, NL.and or area
Responsibilities:
  • Assisting with a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks at height
  • Proficient in using various tools and techniques while suspended on ropes
  • Work within a composite crew and assist Journeyman with various tasks
  • Coordinate with other personnel on the job site to ensure a safe working environment for themselves and others
Requirements:
  • Skilled Labourer Ticket is an asset
  • Current IRATA Level 1 Certification
  • Industrial experience
  • Strong work ethic
  • Ability to maintain positive working relations with clients and co-workers
  • Exceptional safety and quality awareness
  • Ability to solve problems and manage time effectively
  • Self-motivated and capable of working at a high technical and performance level
  • Valid driver's license
  • Clean driver's abstract
