
Temporary Specialist, Product Line Ops

- Monitor adherence to contract quality terms. Ensure that purchases remain current and that customers receive seed products which meet quality specifications.
- Engage in ongoing communication with sales staff to maintain an understanding and awareness of product requirements.
- Manage logistics, allocations, and purchase orders for assigned products and territories.
- Develop relationships with growers, stakeholders and/or genetic suppliers to achieve the financial goals and business objectives.
- Lead the implementation of sales and/or production plans as assigned.
- Assist Product Manager in the development of sales forecast and production plans.
- Communicate sales strategies, pricing and programs to field sales staff, division management, and seed management.
- Solicit feedback from key contacts for future planning.
- Professionally represent Nutrien Ag Solutions at customer and training events.
- Routinely prepare and submit regular reports to internal and external stakeholders.

- Bachelor's Degree Agriculture, Business Administration, or Commerce is required. Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of education.
- Minimum of 2 years of direct experience in agribusiness, agronomy, or seed production is essential.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft products (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams).
- Effective relationship-building skills, quickly establishing trust and rapport with others across the business.
- A willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, impactful role.
- Sound judgment in exercising diplomacy and discretion as needed.
- Previous work experience with SAP is a bonus.
