About the Project Coordinator positionWe are looking for an experienced Electrical Sales Project Coordinator to help us with organizing, running and supervising all project activities. You will work together with the Sales Team and Technicians, to ensure the flawless execution of the project and reporting on project status in timely manner.We expect you to be competent, organized and able to lead the team. You also should have an analytical mindset and strategic thinking.Project Coordinator responsibilities are:Help all stakeholder to contact each other and communicate project status adequately to all participantsCoordinate activities, resources ie order parts needed for project completion, equipment and informationInteract with customers to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectivesOversee the progress in meeting clients' needs as the project evolvesParticipate in preparation of project proposals, timeframes, schedule and budgetFix any issues arising in the project and track project's progressTrack working hours and labor, budget, plans and money spend with the help of project management toolsOrganize and review all appropriate terms and conditionsPrepare reports on project status and present them to managementManage comprehensive project documentation, plans and reportsProject Coordinator requirements are:2+ years' experience of working on a Project Coordinator position in the Electrical Sales Industry or related Industrial sectorSignificant experience in cooperating with Management for the delivery of projectsGood practical experience with Microsoft Office, MS Business Central, CAD Software (Auto CAD) and project management toolsStrong client-facing and internal communication skills, with close attention to detailStrong written and verbal communication skillsGood organizational and multitasking skills
