
Premium Restaurant/Club Host | Part-Time | TD Coliseum

- Greet guests with a welcoming and engaging attitude upon arrival
- Maintain a clean and organized host stand and surrounding areas
- Manage seating flow and waitlists to ensure efficient guest traffic during events
- Escort guests to their designated areas, providing key information as needed
- Communicate effectively with FOH staff and management to optimize guest flow
- Ensure all premium entry points and lounges are tidy and guest-ready
- Support overall operations by assisting with event setup and other assigned duties
- Possess full knowledge of menu items and accompaniments
- Ensure all areas have appropriate serving ware and are cleaned post-event
- Maintain operable and sanitized equipment in assigned areas
- Other duties as assigned by supervisors or management
- Experience with Reservations Software is considered an asset
- Valid Smart Serve Certification (mandatory)
- Minimum 1 year of customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Previous host or front-of-house experience in restaurants or events is an asset
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Calm under pressure with strong multitasking abilities
- Must be available evenings, weekends, and holidays based on event schedule
- Legally eligible to work in Canada
