As a Member Service Advisor at Beem, you play a vital role in driving our company's financial success. By addressing our members' core needs with excellence, you not only enhance their experience but also identify opportunities to recommend and cross-sell additional products and services.This is a fantastic opportunity to get your foot in the door with a growing organization!What you’ll do:

Open accounts, process investments & lending transactions.
Conduct loan interviews and collect and compile relevant information for credit risk adjudication.
Process member transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, transfers, bill payments, wires, drafts, term deposits, etc.
Adhere to standards and regulatory requirements.
Assist with branch administrative duties such as outgoing cheque deposit, ATM balancing, Night Deposit, etc.
Balance treasury blotter and post transactions daily.

What will you bring:

1-3 years of job-related experience in a financial sales and service environment
Basic understanding of credit products and procedures
Knowledgeable in full range of investment products
Financial planning courses considered an asset
High School diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Compensation, Performance & RecognitionAnnual salary range: $47,500 -$58,100.Pay is based on your skills, experience, and the value you bring, with annual salary reviews.
