Shift schedule will be 4 days on, 3 days off for 10 hours a day.Responsibilities:
Experienced electrician journeyperson with skills and ablility to lead team of journeypersons and apprentices.Assiging daily tasks and performing front line supervision for a crew of 8 to 12 workers.
Conduct daily and weekly safety meetings and inspections and complete follow-up activities.Complete daily activity reports/daily logs and submit to Supervisor.
Promote and ensure the FLRA (Field Level Risk Assessment) process is conducted before every task with the crew.Review weekly servicing and preventative maintenance schedules.
Reports back to the clients and/or the Project Manager on the progress of the job, the estimated time to completion and employee evaluations.
Ensure all new hires/transfers receive required orientations. Attend and participate in site specific orientations.
Ensure adequate and suitable safety equipment, including PPE, is supplied, readily accessible, properly used and maintained.
