- Assist in maintaining and improving tools across our Marketing Tech stack (Salesforce, Marketing Cloud Account Engagement/Pardot, 6sense, ZoomInfo, and more).
- Contribute to campaign setup, execution, and reporting.
- Help perform usage audits to ensure adoption and ROI of marketing systems.
- Troubleshoot user issues and provide operational support for marketing programs.
- Execute data cleanup and enrichment projects using enrichment and cleansing tools.
- Help define and maintain data quality and governance practices across marketing databases.
- Assist with data uploads, list segmentation, and lead management processes.
- Support the build-out of ad-hoc reports and dashboards in Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, and Excel to help Marketing and BDR teams make data-driven decisions.
- Assist in campaign attribution analysis and lead funnel reporting.
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new marketing automation workflows, integrations, or system enhancements.
- Document and test campaign automation rules, lead scoring models, and nurture programs.

- Marketing Automation: Familiarity with tools like Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot), HubSpot, or Marketo is helpful; experience with Pardot is a plus.
- Salesforce CRM: Basic familiarity with CRMs; Salesforce knowledge is an asset.
- Excel: Comfortable with basic formulas; willing to learn pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.
- Reporting Tools: Experience building simple reports or dashboards is a bonus.
- AI Tools: Familiarity or interest in applying AI tools (ChatGBT, CoPilot, etc)
- Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program in Business, Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field
- Interest in Marketing Operations, Business Systems, or Data Analysis
- Previous co-op, internship, or project experience related to business systems, data, or operations is a plus
