If you think you have what it takes to join our team, we want to meet you!Job Skills / RequirementsWHAT WILL YOU DO?Our Event Security conducts regular patrols and pat downs, provides impeccable customer service, first aid, responds to incidents and emergencies as required and maintains security presence. Events are a dynamic and fast paced work environment where things are constantly changing, and there are always interesting challenges to solve. Few of the job main job duties include-
  • Access Control Security:
Monitor and control entry and exit points to ensure only authorized personnel are granted access. Verify identification, issue visitor passes and maintain accurate access logs. Respond to alarms and enforce site-specific security protocols. * Crowd Control Security:Manage large gatherings by directing foot traffic, monitoring crowd behavior, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. De-escalate conflicts and coordinate with emergency services when necessary to maintain a safe environment. * Mobile Patrols:Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas by vehicle or on foot to deter criminal activity and identify security concerns. Inspect buildings, parking lots, and perimeter areas. Report and document incidents and ensure a visible security presence.YOU'RE A GREAT FIT IF YOU:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, with a cheerful smile.
  • Have strong communication skills.
  • Are eligible to work in Canada.
  • A valid BC security license is required.
  • Class 5 driver's license is considered an asset.
  • Flexible availability including weekends and evening shifts.
  • Must be at least 19 years of age (for Security Positions)
