- Replenish inventory
- Liaison between the Manufacturing Studio and 8 Spence store locations
- Assist with inquiries and incoming work orders
- Data entry and management
- Daily shipment preparation
- Assist with other stations when necessary
- Assist with cleaning and maintenance duties
- Highly organized and efficient with time
- Ability to multitask and set priorities
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing
- Ability to work within a team setting
- Strong work ethic
- Proficient Microsoft Office and computer skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in jewelry industry is an asset but not necessary
- $22 per hour
