- Develop, implement, and continuously improve a group-wide supply chain strategy aligned with the Cahill Group's operational and strategic objectives
- Establish and lead a strategic sourcing framework that promotes consistency, efficiency, and value creation across all divisions and projects
- Partner with business unit leadership to align supply chain practices while maintaining flexibility to support the unique needs of each division
- Strengthen internal supply chain capabilities by identifying opportunities to improve processes, tools, systems, and supplier engagement practices
- Provide oversight and guidance on group-wide supply chain processes, ensuring consistency and adoption of best practices
- Develop and implement performance measurement frameworks to monitor supply chain effectiveness, including supplier performance, service levels, and cost optimization
- Identify and assess supply chain risks, working collaboratively with project teams and operational leaders to ensure compliance with Cahill policies, regulatory requirements, and responsible procurement practices
- Build and maintain strong, strategic supplier relationships that support long-term value, reliability, and innovation
- Contribute to the broader strategic direction of the Cahill Group, bringing a supply chain perspective to business planning and growth initiatives
- Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing team environment, supporting the development and engagement of supply chain team members across the organization
- Champion Indigenous procurement by building meaningful relationships with Indigenous businesses and communities, supporting Cahill's commitment to the CCIB Supply Change Program
- Support the identification, onboarding, and development of Indigenous suppliers and partnerships, ensuring equitable access to procurement opportunities
- Identify, mentor, and develop talent within the supply chain function, strengthening leadership capacity and supporting succession planning
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Commerce, or a related discipline
- SCMP (Supply Chain Management Professional) designation is considered an asset
- 10+ years of progressive experience in supply chain, procurement, or strategic sourcing, ideally within construction, industrial, engineering, or project-based environments
- Demonstrated experience developing and implementing supply chain and strategic sourcing strategies within complex organizations
- Experience working across multiple business units, projects, or geographic regions is considered an asset
- Strong experience managing supplier relationships, contract negotiations, and procurement governance frameworks
- Experience with integrated procurement systems that support requisition, purchase order, and/or change order workflows
- Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to balance competing priorities
