- Lead business development activities across your assigned territory with a focus on both account growth and new customer acquisition.
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with decision-makers, R&D teams, and procurement professionals.
- Identify customer needs and present tailored product solutions that align with performance, cost, and innovation goals.
- Deliver persuasive technical and commercial presentations to a variety of stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams including product development, supply chain, and operations to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery.
- Minimum 5 years of direct sales experience in the food ingredients industry.
- Demonstrated ability to generate leads, manage key accounts, and close new business.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience selling both technical solutions and value-added services to B2B customers.
- Previous experience in the F&B or CPG sectors is an asset.
