Finance & Operations Professional (Part Time)

- Prepare bi-weekly payroll and monthly financial statements/statutory reports (e.g. T4s, payroll summaries), including AMEX credit card reconciliations)
- Liaise with group benefit providers in Canada and the US (medical plans, 401(k), RRSP, etc.)
- Support maintains clear policies, procedures, and governance practices across legal entities, making sure they stay aligned with internal guidelines and shared ways of working
- 3+ years of experience in finance operation-related roles
- Experience of managing the office environment and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our workplace
- Comfortable supporting budgeting, payroll reconciliation, and working closely with Finance
- Experience with company documents workflow and corporate governance
- Hands-on experience processing bi-weekly payroll in Canada and/or U.S., including compliance, remittances, and year-end reporting (e.g., T4s / W-2s)
- Experience working in culturally rich and diverse organizations (the US or LATAM preferred
- Highly organized and exceptional time management skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the proven ability to listen, collaborate, and build professional, inclusive relationships with varying audiences (staff, local authorities, colleagues - local and remote)
- Comfortable independently and collaboratively solving problems, making decisions, and supporting change
- Experience in HR/Administration related roles
- Experience working with global Finance & Governance teams
- Experience in cooperation with banks, tax offices and authorities
