Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data science, engineering, or related field
8 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
Clear passion for utilizing a modern (Azure) architecture
Strong communication skills to connect business outcomes with technical solutions
Preferred Skills & Qualifications(Nice-to-have skills but are not required)
Minimum of 10 years’ experience in designing and implementing enterprise-grade data integration solutions within the Azure ecosystem
At least 5 years of experience in architecting and developing scalable data pipelines using Azure-native services such as Azure Event Hub and Azure Data Factory
5 years’ experience in building and architecting advanced analytics solutions leveraging Azure Synapse, PySpark, and Power BI
Proficiency in modern data integration architectures and methodologies within Azure, including real-time data streaming technologies and contemporary data warehousing platforms
Strategic thinker with the ability to articulate complex technical decisions to diverse stakeholders
Day-to-Day Responsibilities(Key tasks and expectations for the role)
Understand business requirements, roadmap, and success criteria to define the data architecture
Collaborate with senior business stakeholders to align project delivery with strategic roadmaps
Design a scalable data architecture in Azure and MS Fabric
Work within an ecosystem of over 250 applications to architect data pipelines and solutions
Interpret and deliver strategic plans improving data integration, quality, and delivery
Support the design of data systems, including databases, warehouses, and lakes
Research and recommend cloud solutions by defining data schemas and optimizing data storage
Support the implementation of technology strategy across analytics, data engineering, and data platforms
Design and implement ETL processes from various sources into data systems
Translate business requirements into data models and standards
