  • Lead and mentor the Marketing Department, providing direction across E-commerce, Brand Marketing, and Design teams
  • Inspire, empower, and align the team with corporate and departmental objectives
  • Manage annual budgets and develop departmental KPIs
  • Identify and close skill gaps, while fostering a culture of growth and performance
  • Conduct regular performance feedback sessions and annual reviews
Marketing Strategy & Execution
  • Develop, implement, and oversee multi-brand marketing strategies that align with business objectives
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on brand identity, ensuring consistency across all channels
  • Lead execution of high-impact events and campaigns (e.g., Black Friday, product launches)
  • Establish cross-functional processes for alignment between E-commerce, Design, and Brand Marketing
  • Manage external partners, including PR agencies, influencers, and service providers
  • Collaborate with product development teams on launch strategies
  • Track, analyze, and optimize marketing initiatives based on performance data
Digital Marketing & E-commerce
  • Oversee digital campaigns, including paid ads, email marketing, and social media initiatives
  • Drive brand awareness through content marketing and SEO strategies
  • Enhance customer engagement, loyalty, and lifetime value through data-driven insights
  • Monitor KPIs such as traffic, conversion, and acquisition costs to inform strategy
  • Execute personalized marketing approaches to meet diverse customer needs
OtherTake on related duties to achieve departmental and organizational goalsQualifications:
  • Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 7+ years’ experience in digital brand management, including social media, PR, and content leadership
  • 5+ years’ leadership experience
  • Strong background in SEO and E-commerce
  • Experience with email marketing and Google Analytics preferred
  • Familiarity with social media analytics platforms (e.g., Hootsuite) a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Adaptable, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
