Participate in the development of the organization's purchasing and procurement strategy;
Identify and select suppliers, analyze their performance, and recommend areas for improvement;
Negotiate contractual agreements and purchasing terms to optimize results;
Maintain long-term professional relationships with suppliers;
Plan and coordinate supply requirements based on production forecasts;
Oversee inventory management to maintain optimal levels and avoid shortages or surpluses;
Collaborate with production, logistics, and service teams to ensure an efficient supply flow;
Monitor market developments and identify new potential partners.Profil:
University degree in administration, operations management, logistics, or any other relevant field, or equivalent certification.
At least five years of experience in purchasing management and inventory control in a manufacturing environment.
Proficiency in computer tools, including Excel and inventory management systems (MRP/ERP).
Fluency in French and English to communicate with international suppliers.
Strong negotiation and supplier partnership management skills.
Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and resolve complex issues.
Proven communication and collaboration skills.
