- Working closely with students to perform the following tasks: data collection, data entry, analyses, and interpretation of the results.
- Prepare literature reviews, results, and materials for publication.
- Assist with preparing the materials for data collection such as developing stimuli and programming tasks
- Perform routine clerical and administrative duties to support research activities.
- Help prepare research posters, slides for talks, and other materials to disseminate research findings.
- Completion of Bachelor’s (Honours) degree in Psychology or be a senior student enrolled in the PSYC 4040 Honour’s thesis class from the University of Winnipeg.
- Completion of PSYC-4100 Research Design and Data Analysis (or equivalent) with a minimum grade of B.
- Completion of PSYCH-4910 Special Topics in Cognitive Psychology and PSYCH-3920 Cognitive Neuroscience is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and writing skills.
- Experience working with children.
- Excellent organization and teamwork skills.
- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.
