- Complete all of the execution and daily management of SKU Uploads and changes, daily ordering, and creation of transfers to support Sleep Country/Dormez Vous' requirements for the assigned categories across all channels (brick mortar stores/ market places/e-commerce)
- Follow up on warehouse receipts, backorders, and overages and damaged product that occur at all warehouses
- Support the National Supply Chain Team, Merchandising Team and other required cross functional teams as needed
- Work with PIM/STORIS/ORACLE and downstream systems ensuring that accurate and timely actions taken daily to complete to support entire SKU maintenance process according to business requirements
- Analyze Broken Promise Report on a daily basis to properly place orders for all categories in assigned regions based on lead-time
- Populate weekly spreadsheets to ensure all products are dispersed accordingly, and promotional products are available in all retail locations
- Assess current stock levels at the DCs and stores and calculate quantities and timing of Tagged Purchase Orders to meet the needs of the business
- Support Supply Chain Coordinators to produce the documents necessary for analyzing upcoming promotions and their impact on product demand to alter stock levels as needed to maintain 100% on-time delivery to customers
- Act as a key liaison between Sleep Country/Dormez-vous? and its' vendors by communicating regularly to maintain our partnership and achieve the maximum level of efficiency and service to our customers
- Communicate through email to Sales Associates of any issues with Sales Order or Purchase Order dates that will negatively impact customer orders.
- Ensuring the Supply Chain Leadership team is kept informed of any issues as appropriate
- College or University Degree in Supply Chain or related discipline
- 1-3 years experience in supply chain or purchasing would be an asset
- Must have excellent communication (oral/written), interpersonal, organization, time management and ability to deal with both internal and external stakeholders
- Attention to details, confidentiality, thoroughness, and decision making skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced team environment
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Proficient in MS Excel
