- Answer and manage incoming calls and emails, ensuring timely and professional responses
- Provide excellent customer service and represent the company’s values in every interaction
- Resolve customer inquiries and route requests as needed
- Prepare accurate and timely quotations and sales orders
- Confirm pricing, availability, lead times, and delivery details
- Proactively follow up on open quotes to drive sales and close opportunities
- Discuss terms within guidelines and escalate exceptions when needed
- Identify new opportunities within existing accounts and support new business development
- Pass qualified leads to the Outside Sales team
- Recommend product alternatives and solutions to meet customer needs while maintaining margins
- Collaborate with sales, purchasing, and warehouse teams to ensure on-time delivery
- Monitor order status and communicate updates proactively to customers
- Assist with warehouse duties (picking, packing, order verification) as needed to meet service levels
- Develop strong knowledge of products and applications
- Participate in ongoing training and supplier sessions
- Previous experience in inside sales, customer service, or a related role
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, driven, and eager to grow within a company
- Team player with a hands-on approach
- Salary: $55,000 annually
