- Release and monitor manufacturing orders to meet ship dates
- Coordinate with Purchasing and Supply Chain on raw materials and outside processes
- Identify material shortages and proactively escalate risks
- Analyze production output vs. the Master Production Plan and close performance gaps
- Support ERP-driven planning while maintaining schedule accuracy
- Partner closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Customer Service
- Drive continuous improvement and operational discipline
- Contribute to a safe, compliant, and collaborative work environment in line with AADG policies and the ASSA ABLOY Code of Conduct
- Perform other duties and special projects as required
- Post-Secondary Education and/or Certification in Inventory management, supply chain management, operations management, or related field.
- 3+ years of production planning experience in manufacturing
- Experience working in a unionized environment
- Strong ERP/MRP system experience
- Analytical mindset with solid Excel skills
- Knowledge of Lean / Kaizen / continuous improvement principles
- Ability to prioritize and problem-solve in a fast-paced setting
- CPIM (preferred or in progress)
