These are the traditional lands of the Cree, Dakota, Dene, Lakota, Nakota and Saulteaux peoples, as well as the homeland of the Métis.The bigger pictureWe’re looking for a motivated team-player who is member-service focused to come on board as a temporary part-time Member Service Representative II (MSR II) at our Kipling Branch. As the first point of contact for members, you will provide everyday banking services and products to meet members’ immediate needs. This temporary opportunity will end in May 2027.How you'll be spending your time
  • Proactively identifying and responding to members’ needs to improve their financial well-being and build rapport
  • Providing a variety of services related to the promotion and sales of cash and non-cash financial services, solutions and alternatives such as opening up memberships and deposit accounts, including terms, RRSP’s and TFSA’s
  • Promoting and offering credit union products and services and, when appropriate referring members to Financial Service Advisors to further develop relationships
  • Following internal policies, procedures and processes; all the while maintaining confidentiality
  • Identifying suspicious transactions or interactions and responding appropriately

The experience you bring
  • High School Diploma
  • A minimum of one year of financial industry experience
  • Experience in providing customer service
  • Experience in handling cash
  • Prior sales experience is considered an asset
