Duration: 12 MonthsIntroductionWe are seeking an experienced Cisco Voice SME to join our team. This role involves leading the design, implementation, and optimization of Cisco UC solutions, troubleshooting complex issues, and ensuring the high availability and performance of our voice infrastructure.Required Skills & Qualifications
- 10 years of experience in deploying, managing, and supporting Cisco IP telephony and Cisco Contact Center Express (UCCX) environment.
- Experience with Cisco UC solutions (CUCM, Unity, IMP, UCCX).
- Proficiency in managing call routing, dial plans, SIP trunks, gateways, and voice gateways (CUBE).
- Experience with mobile and Remote Access (MRA) backend deployment.
- Prior work experience at the client or in the client's industry.
- Experience with Cisco Voice Gateways (VG400/VG420).
- Experience with Webex calling solutions.
- Experience with Jabber Mobile.
- Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Cisco UC solutions.
- Troubleshoot complex voice, video, and collaboration issues.
- Provide post-migration technical support and incident resolution for users.
- Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Cisco IP Telephony.
- Lead the rebalancing of existing multiple clusters.
- Provide technical support for the cluster upgrade of CUCM and UCCX to version 15.x.
