About the OpportunityOur client, a well-established and busy real estate brokerage in the Oakville / Mississauga area, has engaged us to hire a Part-Time Receptionist & Office Administrator to support their front desk operations.This is a high-visibility, fast-paced role where you’ll be the first point of contact for agents and clients, while also supporting the administrative side of real estate transactions.What You’ll Be Doing
  • Answering and directing incoming phone calls and managing the general inbox
  • Greeting agents and clients in a professional and welcoming manner
  • Preparing, organizing, and uploading listings and documents with accuracy and within deadlines
  • Assisting with offer preparation using WebForms
  • Booking and confirming appointments using BrokerBay
  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail, courier coordination, and package tracking
  • Managing deposit cheques related to offers and listings
  • Supporting agents with general inquiries and administrative needs
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional office environment
What We’re Looking For
  • Previous administrative or reception experience (real estate experience is a strong asset)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Professional, dependable, and highly organized
  • A proactive, “jump in and help” attitude
  • Comfortable learning systems such as WebForms, BrokerBay, and MLS platforms
Hours & AvailabilityThis role offers a combination of consistent weekly hours on a Saturday along with additional flexible shifts:
  • Rotating Saturday and Sunday Shifts: consistent, guaranteed weekly shift every Saturday and Sunday alternating between:
  • Oakville: 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM
  • Mississauga: 10:00am - 1:00 PM
  • Weekday Coverage (as needed):
  • Monday–Friday daytime and occasional early evening support
  • Typically a few hours per shift, based on office needs
  • Additional hours available for vacation coverage (June – approx. 2.5 weeks)
This role is ideal for someone who wants steady part-time hours while also having flexibility during the week.Requirements Previous administrative, reception, or front desk experience (real estate experience is a strong asset)
Strong attention to detail - able to manage documents, data entry, and deadlines with accuracy
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and friendly approach
Highly organized with the ability to multi-task and shift priorities in a fast-paced environment
A dependable and punctual team player who takes ownership of their role
Comfortable working independently and stepping in to support where needed
Tech-comfortable and able to quickly learn systems such as WebForms, BrokerBay, and MLS platforms
A positive, “roll-up your sleeves” attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
