- Develop and execute annual sales strategies to grow revenue and market share
- Manage existing accounts including grocery chains, specialty retailers, distributors, and foodservice partners
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Conduct store visits, product demos, and promotional planning
- Analyze sales data, forecasts, and pricing to optimize margins
- Negotiate listings, contracts, and promotional programs
- Collaborate with production and logistics teams to manage inventory, fill rates, and forecasting
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and direction to sales representatives (if applicable)

- 3–5+ years of sales experience in CPG, dairy, food manufacturing, or grocery retail
- Strong understanding of Canadian retail (Loblaws, Sobeys, Metro, Costco, independents, distributors, etc.)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical ability (pricing, margins, forecasting, promotional planning)
- Ability to travel regionally for store visits, meetings, and events
- Self‑motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
