- Professionally install HVAC equipment, accessory items, in accordance with manufacturer specifications and local codes.
- Ensure the safe operation of all new installations and correctly instruct customers on proper care, maintenance. –
- Responsible for being willing to learn and grow as part of a progressive customer service oriented team.
- Responsible for creating a positive relationship with customers; offering for sale other company products, services and demonstrating your ability to communicate, problem solve, to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Must adhere to all safety rules.
- Must never sell the customer a repair they do not need.
- Explain the benefits of newer highly efficient equipment to the customer.
- Must maintain company vehicle to neat clean and safe standard.
- Must successfully obtain HVAC leads and enroll CPP to company performance targets.

- Must meet Company requirements with respect to general qualifications and have completed a minimum of Grade 12 or equivalent.
- Must have certificate of qualification (C of Q) as an Air Conditioning Mechanic (Ontario – 313D).
- Must have Gas Technician ‘2’ (G2) license.
- Must have a valid ODP certificate.
- Must have at least a Class G Driver’s License.
- Must be willing and able to work rotating shifts as required.
- Must be physically capable of performing all work required of this position.
- Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively, both in written and verbal communications.
- Must be able to demonstrate the ability to understand/learn new technologies (ie. Electronics/ electricity).
- Must be willing to wear a Company-provided uniform.
