Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical diagrams to understand the layout and configuration of piping systems.
Inspect the condition of piping systems for damage, corrosion, wear and tear, etc.
Use testing equipment to check systems for leaks
Routine maintenance of piping systems to prevent issues from arising
Replacing damaged piping components, including pipes, valves, fittings, etc.
Does this sound like you?
Journeyperson or Apprentice Steamfitter-Pipefitter certification.
Valid CSTS-20, H2S Alive tickets, Aerial Work Platform, and Fall Protection safety tickets are mandatory.
3+ years in previous maintenance roles as an asset.
Access to your own reliable transportation.
Driver's abstract under 5 demerits to be able to operate company vehicles required.
Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication required
Physically capable of performing all necessary duties of the job, including but not limited to heavy pulling, pushing and lifting (up to 50 lbs), climbing, shoveling, bending, twisting, etc.
