Act as the key liason, providing financial support for the Regional Controller and Project Accountants
You will be responsible for effectively communicating project set up and customer billing requirements to all internal stakeholders, ensuring compliance and accurate rates
Prepare project margin and customer profitability analyses
Assist in troubleshooting service tickets and issues in our systems (FieldFX and Microsoft AX) to keep everything functioning properly, aligning to project needs
Collaborate with the team and follow up on any project billing or costing discrepancies as needed
Assist with month-end duties, including the preparation and review of journal entries and the creation and maintenance of internal reports
Other duties as assigned

Role Specifications:

2+ years' experience in a project accounting or similar position
Working towards a professional accounting designation is an asset
Exposure to a daily field capture system is an asset
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
