Like Coffee? Added perk - fancy coffee maker on site!About the role:Writes New Policies and Renewals. Maintains existing Personal Lines Clients in a timely and professional manner, by building and fostering strong relationships with underwriters, clients, and office staff.
- Proactively Manage assigned clients.
- Obtain information from clients, or clients digital file to create and process submissions and renewals
- Analyze client coverages, exposures, loss history, to determine risk requirements
- Provide clients with advice, recommendations, and explanations with respect to needs, coverage and claims
- Liaise, and transact with underwriters and insurance company representatives
- Prepare and maintain up to date all needed documentation as part of insurance policy renewals, and new submissions
- Proactively place, negotiate, and track renewals / submissions into the insurance market, including mid-term changes and endorsements
- Ensure accurate processing and review of policy documentation: paper copies, digital downloads, emails, etc
- Review Policy Wordings and Policy Documents for accuracy
- Maintains ongoing licensing requirements
- Keeps current on new products, coverages, and market trends
- Provide exceptional and prompt service
- Maintain professional relationships with underwriters, co-workers and clients
- Multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
