We are actively seeking a talented Bilingual Customer Service/Inside Sales Representative.SUMMARY OF POSITION:We are seeking a dynamic and bilingual (French/English) Customer Service & Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and has a passion for sales and service.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES | Responsabilités principals
Handle, manage and respond to telephone and email customer inquiries in both French and English
Provide product information, pricing and availability
Prepare quotes and enter sales orders into ERP System
Provide support to Outside Sales Representatives and Agency partners
Help to coordinate lighting projects for sales representatives from order entry to delivery, including the monitoring of timelines and deliverables
Ensure accurate documentation and communication to relevant stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Responds to concerns, issues, or complaints from customers/agents and helps resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction
Cross-reference competitors' product/catalog codes with Viscor's products as may be required
Participates in product training sessions
Occasional coverage of other customer accounts as required due to vacation or other absences
All other related duties as may be assigned
QUALIFICATIONS | Qualifications
Bilingual in English and French (spoken and written)
2+ years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or project coordination
Experience in the lighting, electrical, or manufacturing industry is an asset
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP/CRM systems
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
