Our client is seeking an experienced SAP Real Estate (RE-FX) Implementation Expert contractor to join their project on a part-time basis (8 hours per week) starting August 4th 2025, running until October 31st 2025, with the possibility of extension. The ideal candidate should have gained 5 + years of experience working in the SAP S4HANA Real Estate module, including Lease Accounting, Contract Management, and Portfolio Management. They must have the ability to tailor SAP Real Estate solutions to meet unique business requirements, covering lease administration, space management, and value chain integration. This is a fully remote work setting.Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and optimize real estate life cycle processes, including lease administration, rent calculation, invoicing, and space management.
  • Integrate RE-FX with other SAP modules (FI/CO, MM, PM) and external systems for end-to-end process efficiency.
  • Work closely with business users, IT teams, and third-party vendors to translate requirements into SAP solutions.
  • Provide training, documentation, and post-go-live support to ensure smooth adoption.
  • Develop and maintain real estate reports, dashboards, and analytics for portfolio performance tracking.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and audit requirements.
