- Collect and interpret EM data results using specialized tools and software.
- Operate, maintain, and calibrate electromagnetic inspection tools.
- Prepare accurate, client-ready technical reports and communicate findings effectively.
- Assisting in troubleshooting and root cause analysis for equipment failures.
- Support additional CBM technologies (e.g., vibration analysis, thermography, ultrasound, lubrication).
- Engage with customers to support improvement of their Predictive Maintenance Programs.
- Engage with customers to support improvement of their Predictive Maintenance Programs.
- Travel to client sites throughout the region (company vehicle provided).
- Comply with all safety procedures and industry standards in the field.
- Work full time with some overtime expected.
- Certification and training opportunities provided.
- Recent diploma or degree in engineering technology (mechanical, electrical) or engineering or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in Windows, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Comfortable with physically demanding work in industrial environments.
- Written and verbal English competency is required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Valid driver’s license and clean drivers abstract. Willingness to travel

- Current or past certification in vibration analysis would be an asset
- Current or past certification in infrared analysis would be an asset
- Current or past certification in condition monitoring (ultrasonic airborne emissions, lubrication, reliability) would be an asset
- Experience with industrial equipment and willingness to work in the field in a hands-on environment
